Documents & Training Data: Files you upload (PDFs, documents, text files) to train your chatbot are stored securely and processed to generate AI responses.

Conversations: Messages exchanged between your website visitors and your chatbot are stored to provide conversation history and analytics.

Visitor Data: When visitors interact with your chatbot widget, we may collect their approximate location (country, city) from their IP address, browser type, and page URL for analytics purposes.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the platform, including message counts, token usage, and feature usage for billing and analytics.

• OpenAI: Document content is sent to OpenAI for embedding generation and chat completions. OpenAI's API data usage policies apply.
• Supabase: Self-hosted database and authentication infrastructure.
• Stripe: Payment processing for subscriptions. We do not store credit card details.
• Brevo: Email delivery for account notifications and team invitations.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on our self-hosted infrastructure. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to data is controlled through Row-Level Security policies ensuring strict organization-level isolation — you can only access your own organization's data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete a chatbot, its documents, conversation history, and embeddings are permanently deleted. When you delete your account, all associated data is removed within 30 days.
