1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AskMyGPTNow (askmygptnow.com), operated by Bright Brain AI LTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

AskMyGPTNow is an AI chatbot platform that allows you to train custom chatbots on your documents and website content, deploy them as embeddable widgets, and receive notifications via Slack and WhatsApp. The service includes document processing, AI-powered chat responses, analytics, and team collaboration features.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
  • One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without authorization
  • Use the service to generate spam, misleading, or deceptive responses
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the platform
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated or abusive means
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Use the service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all documents, data, and content you upload to AskMyGPTNow ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and use it solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your content to train our models or share it with other users.

6. AI-Generated Responses

Chatbot responses are generated by AI and may not always be accurate or complete. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI responses before relying on them. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

7. Pricing & Billing

  • Free plans include limited messages, documents, and chatbots per month.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially used.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bright Brain AI LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
